(1) Any transaction in which all partners agree to take part in all transactions for each partner or one partner for all partners by keeping the same name and registering the profit under this Act with the Government of Nepal. (2) In relation to others, the partners and all the partners collectively should be called the firm and the name under which the business is conducted should be called the name of the firm. (3) A partnership firm is not a person except the partners.
